Nautilus has created the world’s most innovative water-cooled data center, setting a new standard for high performance computing, energy efficiency, environmental sustainability and solution flexibility.
The Nautilus data center will be located in Millinocket on the Our Katahdin which is a Greta Northern Paper mill site. Primary power for the Data Center will be generated by six hydro plants distributed along the Penobscot River. It will be cooled deploying the Nautilus patented open and closed loop water cooling system, leveraging the natural resources surrounding the Data Center with zero impact to the environment.
With it’s new datacenter One North coming to Millinocket, the Maine State Chamber of Commerce has entered into an agreement with HGS Data to bring you a special set of offerings, available at discounted rates.
Below are three Easy-Consumption model packages for you to choose from. The packages below have been designed to fit the needs of Chamber members, however if your datacenter needs extend beyond the below packages – Please choose package 3, and let us know in the comment section that you would like to see a custom option for your needs.

Remote Hands:
Nautilus Remote Hands services are available by the hour or in monthly bundles to provide onsite support.
- 6 am – 10 pm = 15 min SLA for ticket acknowledgement
- 10:00 pm – 6:00 am = 1 hour SLA for ticket acknowledgment
- Any activity that requires less than 15 minutes of work is free of charge (doesn’t count against
- the 4 hours) during hours of 6 am – 10 pm
- Any activity that requires more than 15 minutes of work is billed in 30 minute increments during
- the hours of 6 am – 10 pm
- Any work during the hours of 10 pm – 6 am is billed at $150/hour with a minimum of 2 hours
- Additional ad hoc hours are available at $150/hour
- We can also offer prepaid blocks:
- 10 hour block: $140/hour ($1,250)
- 20 hour block: $125/hour ($2,500)
Managed Services:
Managed Services are available via third-party providers or via an approved vendor of your choice.
